Oman Air’s refreshed lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport to delight business travellers

Elevating the corporate experience for business travellers, world respected airline, Oman Air, has officially unleashed its newly refurbished lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok, which offers updated facilities as well as a more capacious area to unwind in.

Speaking at the opening event, Paul Gregorowitsch, CEO, Oman Air enthused: “Oman Air’s guests, and other air travellers at Bangkok, are invited to come along and discover the lounge’s calm and tranquil atmosphere, and its outstanding facilities. These are underpinned by Oman Air’s trademark hospitality, making the Oman Air Lounge the perfect place to relax and prepare for your flight.”

The refreshed lounge’s interior design sports a natural colour scheme, reflecting the carrier’s corporate colours, complemented by soft lighting. Adding a touch of authenticity, traditional Omani artefacts are on show in bespoke cabinets hung from the walls and contemporary sculptures provide an artistic twist.

Now boasting almost 100m2 of additional floor space, lounge visitors are now granted the opportunity to relax in one of the sumptuous new day beds within the new rest area prior to their flights. Following the redesign, the facility now also offers even more comfortable seating and is able to accommodate 72 travellers.

For those craving food and drinks, guests can take advantage of a state-of-the-art buffet table, offering refreshments that echo Oman Air’s internationally recognised inflight dining.

A sparkling shower room and luxury toiletries, as well as a baby-changing station have also been incorporated into the lounge’s facilities.

The lounge is available for Oman Air’s business class guests, as well as Silver and Gold tier Sindbad frequent flyer members. Air travellers flying with other airlines are also invited to use the Oman Air lounge on payment.
