Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah: An Arabian gem

The lavish Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert has officially opened its illustrious doors for business.

The newly opened property, the first of its kind to grace the northern emirate, joins three other Ritz-Carlton properties that are currently in operation in the UAE.

Standing in a unique location on a 500-hectare wildlife nature reserve, the upscale hotel houses 101 renovated and extremely luxurious villas with private pools, all of which expertly combine tranquil and serene world-class service with desert escapism.

Renowned architect and interior designer, Kristina Zanic, is responsible for the opulent villas’ stunning features, bringing a strong focus on traditional Arabic elements, with an emphasis on affluent Arabian hospitality.

The hotel has come to life, following a recently concluded remodeling to the lobby lounge, as well as the introduction of fantastic new dining outlets to complement its excellent culinary offering.

The revamped onsite dining outlets at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert include the signature Farmhouse restaurant, offering a delectable menu curated with local, quality produce, and the brilliant Kaheela restaurant, which serves an array of international and Levantine cuisine, with both buffet and a la carte options.

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert will also house the first ever Ritz-Carlton Equestrian and Adventure Centre, where guests will have the option to explore the vast desert landscape on a thrilling horse trek, through 500 hectares of untainted and utterly mesmerising wilderness.

Finally, the newly inaugurated property boasts The Ritz-Carlton Spa, offering a wealth of bespoke spa treatments with locally sourced herbs and spices, delivered by expert therapists. The Ritz-Carlton Spa guarantees complete relaxation and rejuvenation.
