Next-level upgrade at Al Manara, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Saraya Aqaba

An innovative development has elevated the luxury experience at Jordan’s Al Manara, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Saraya Aqaba.

The lavish property has adopted a cutting-edge Mobile Key Check-In – Check-Out service, which is made available via the Marriott Bonvoy app.

The contemporary feature allows discerning travellers to check in and check out from the hotel directly from their personal mobile devices in an ultra-efficient and user-friendly way.

Granting seamless access to their reservation, and saving both time and effort, the service allows guests to check-in to their upcoming reservation up to two days prior to arrival, select an estimated arrival time, receive a room-ready alert notification from the hotel and check-out on their mobile device.

On the ground-breaking development, Pedro Rodriguez, hotel manager, Al Manara, a Luxury Collection Hotel elucidated: “It is wonderful to see Al Manara hotel leading the innovation scene as the first hotel to introduce the Mobile Key Check-In and Check-Out feature among all other hotels in Aqaba. We are delighted to take our guests’ experiences to the next level and we believe it will simplify their stay along with helping us be more proactive with our guests; to make sure all arrangements are done and served according to their request prior their arrival.”

The Mobile Key Check-In – Check-Out service is the epitome of modern hospitality, as it not only elevates the arrival and departure experience but also enables Marriott Bonvoy members to remain proactive with all of their requests through a chat service, whereby they can interact directly with the hotel’s associates through the app at any given time.

The Mobile Chat, which is live in more than 6,500 Marriott properties across the globe, allows guests to request additional room amenities, such as towels and toiletries, and acquire information about shuttle service hours, fitness centre amenities, housekeeping and luggage assistance.
