Emaar Hospitality Group has reached a ground-breaking milestone with its exceptional portfolio now comprising 10,000 operating rooms and as many as 30 upcoming projects.

The group’s extensive list of properties covers a number of regional and international destinations, including the coveted UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and Turkey in the MENA region, and the exotic Maldives.

The hospitality giant has over 2,500 rooms in Dubai, most of which are contributed by its opulent Address Hotels + Resorts brand and are spread across the luxurious Address Boulevard, Address Dubai Mall, Address Dubai Marina, Address Montgomerie and Palace Downtown. The company’s upscale Vida Hotels and Resorts brand also contributes its fair share of rooms, with Vida Downtown and Manzil Downtown in operation.

Meanwhile, Emaar’s contemporary midscale hotel brand, Rove Hotels, currently has four hotels in operation in Dubai: Rove Downtown, Rove City Centre, Rove Healthcare City and Rove Trade Centre.

The additional rooms will fall under Emaar’s lavish Address Hotels + Resorts brand, with properties such as the Address Downtown; Address Sky View; Address Fountain Views; Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa; Address Fashion Avenue; Address Fujairah Resort + Spa; Address Harbour Point and Palace Fujairah Beach.

Also scheduled to increase its contribution to the UAE’s room count, Vida Hotels and Resorts will be inaugurating Vida Za’abeel, Vida Dubai Marina, Vida Dubai Mall, Vida The Hills, Vida Townsquare and Vida Harbour Point in Dubai, as well as Vida Beach Reem Island Abu Dhabi in the culture fueled UAE capital city.

Thrilled with the company’s outstanding progress was Olivier Harnisch, CEO, Emaar Hospitality Group, who remarked: “With over 10,000 rooms and counting, Emaar Hospitality Group has underlined its credentials as the region’s fastest growing hospitality provider, delivering three distinctive lifestyle experiences that meet the diverse and shifting preferences of today’s travellers.”

He continued: “While we have a strong footprint in the UAE, reflecting the nation’s commitment to promoting tourism and hospitality, we are also expanding our presence in international markets, delivering our homegrown competencies to high-growth markets.

“Our vision is to be one of the world’s leading hospitality providers and we will continue to innovate on the choices we offer. Our growing portfolio is a testament to the vision of the UAE leadership to diversify the economy.”
