Dubai World Trade Centre to embrace 25hours Hotels property in 2020

Renowned hospitality brand, AccorHotels, and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have made headlines with the signing of an agreement for a 25hours Hotels property, scheduled to make its grand debut in Dubai’s hospitality scene in 2020.

The exceptional 25hours Dubai Hotel will be the largest of its kind worldwide, boasting 434 rooms. The property will be located within DWTC’s One Central development – an innovative mixed-use lifestyle destination, whose first two phases have been completed ahead of its delivery schedule.

25hours Dubai will be the first upscale addition to an existing 1,210-room cluster of AccorHotels’ economy and midscale brands at the DWTC complex.

One Central is home to a discerning mix of sustainable commercial assets, diverse hospitality offerings, residential sites and an iconic multi-purpose theatre. These elements unite to create an idyllic lifestyle and entertainment destination in the heart of Dubai’s central business district.

“The 25hours Dubai Hotel is an exciting first on many levels. Apart from being our first destination outside of Europe, it is the first development in cooperation with our partner AccorHotels and will be the largest hotel for the brand,” said Christoph Hoffman, CEO, 25hours Hotels.

“At the moment, we are at a stage where we are learning a lot about a new market and culture, as we hope to cope with the regional climate. 25hours Dubai Hotel will be a unique hotel reflecting the spirit and international attitude of Dubai,” Hoffman added.

Established in Germany in 2005, the 25hours Hotels brand has made its mark on the European hospitality scene with its rich personality and individuality. Each of its properties are customised to appeal to urban, cosmopolitan and culturally aware travellers, offering social dining concepts, adventure and cutting-edge design.

25hours Dubai Hotel will feature a number of exceptional facilities, including two specialty restaurants, a lobby café and a gorgeous rooftop dining venue, plus more.

25hours Hotels’ portfolio currently comprises 10 hotels in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich Zurich and Vienna. Three additional hotels are expected to launch in 2018 in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Paris.
