The Ritz-Carlton, Doha welcomes much-awaited STK Doha restaurant

Local and international foodies in Qatar will be delighted to hear that The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is launching its brand new STK Doha restaurant on January 31, presenting them with a delicious menu that will transport them to a realm of pure indulgence.

A well-known American steakhouse chain, STK is present in prominent destinations spanning the globe, including London, Milan, Dubai, New York City, Miami and Los Angeles.  

Situated on the 23rd floor of the luxury property, STK Doha is stylish and emanates sophistication from head to toe. Diners can look forward to chic interiors, a vibrant atmosphere and a tantalising menu, all prepared with the highest in quality ingredients.

Setting the atmosphere is fascinating custom graffiti art work by Thamer Al Dossari, a local graffiti artist, whose work has been showcased in projects for Qatar Foundation, QMS 2018, and soon, Katara Cultural Village.

Using his 18 years of culinary experience, award-winning executive chef, Cesar de Leon Torres, will prepare delicious dishes that are sure to satisfy discerning diners at the fabulous new outlet. Guests can choose from 13 cuts of high-quality steak, including Japanese Wagu ‘Hyda’ beef, and can select from eight steak toppings, ranging from organic hen’s egg to bacon and blue cheese. 

For those craving something other than steak, the menu comprises of plenty of other options, including vegetarian dishes, hamour, lobster and duck breast served with simmered cotton candy. A number of appetisers are available, as well as a variety of drinks.

STK Doha offers a private dining room which can take reservations for up to 30 people. 

Ensuring all the senses are tended to, diners can enjoy incredible views of the glittering Arabian Gulf during their meals, while a resident DJ is on hand to set the tone with brilliant tunes.
