Yearning to satisfy the taste buds of the most discerning foodie, Sofitel Dubai Downtown has welcomed a brand new addition to its F&B portfolio, Inka Restaurant and Lounge, a modern Peruvian outlet.

Signature dishes include Octopus and Quinotto Nero (grilled octopus served over quinoa risotto with squid ink and white truffle oil), among many other mouthwatering options.

Guests to Inka can also revel in an otherworldly fusion of flavours that are symbolic to the modern ceviche experience, using a range of fresh fish including seabass, red snapper and sea bream.

Boasting a chic art-deco setting, the Inka Restaurant and Lounge experience is complemented by incomparable views of the sparkling Burj Khalifa. The restaurant itself comprises of an intimate dining room equipped to seat 50 as well as an interconnecting sprawling lounge with wall-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.

As for the Lounge, Inka’s mixologist, Fedor Rojas, has developed an extensive selection of hand-crafted cocktails and mocktails, and setting the tone of the evenings will be a DJ each night and live music including a bongo player on Thursdays.
