Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai welcomes Hanaaya restaurant

A new, elegant culinary outlet has opened its doors at Dubai’s stunning Madinat Jumeirah resort, granting foodies the opportunity to indulge in unique and delicious cuisine.

Located on the ground floor of the ultra-luxurious Jumeirah Mina A’ Salam, ‘Hanaaya’, which translates as ‘Happiness’ in Arabic, has debuted following a full refurbishment of Al Muna.

Diners will relish in mouth-watering and authentic international cuisine, with dishes prepared at live cooking stations – a spectacle to awe even the most discerning luxury connoisseur.

The restaurant’s chefs, all of whom come from various destinations around the globe, cook with regionally sourced ingredients, with the end result being rich in colour and blissful in texture with exotic aromas from their home countries.

As for the restaurant’s design, plenty of natural light complements its elegant and contemporary Arabic décor. Guests can opt to dine on its expanded terrace which overlooks the Madinat Jumeirah lagoon and turtle sanctuary.

“At Hanaaya, we take an interactive approach to dining that encourages guests to enjoy talking about great food with chefs that know and love the dishes they are preparing,” commented Dirk Haltenhof, resort executive chef, Madinat Jumeirah.

This vibrant experience enables diners to make new flavour discoveries and engage with our chefs.

Hanaaya at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam is open daily for buffet lunch and dinner from 12:30 until 15:30 and from 18:30 to 22:30. A la carte orders are taken throughout the day.
