Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre to unveil refreshed Yalumba restaurant

Known for its impressive portfolio of F&B outlets, Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre is ever-working to keep its offering fresh and exciting, and has shed light on enhancements at its extremely popular Yalumba restaurant.

Having been around for over 10 years, the outlet will be unveiling a completely new design on October 12.

Influenced by its namesake, Yalumba, the restaurant now grants a charming, rustic country feel, and reflects the ambience of the various wine making regions of Australia. Diners will be whisked away on a culinary journey to remember, surrounded by an inspirational blend of raw and refined elements, including timber parquet flooring, glazed bricks, contemporary concrete finishes and vintage-inspired furniture and lighting elements.

Adding a touch of excitement to the experience, guests will enjoy open and interactive live cooking stations.

Finally, further elevating the upgraded restaurant will be the talented, German-born Chef Dominic Petzold, who has taken up the position of executive sous chef.

Chef Petzold has curated a weekly schedule of thrilling culinary experiences, including: Saturday – Family Brunch, Sunday – Roast Night, Monday – Mediterranean Night, Tuesday – Seafood Night, Wednesday – Noche Latina, Thursday – Bubbles & Vibes Evening Brunch, and Friday – Brunch & Garden Party.
