Four Seasons DIFC to embrace new MINA Brasserie in early 2018

The magnificent Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has partnered with American chef, Michael Mina, for the taste-bud tantalising MINA Brasserie, which is expected to open its doors for business in early 2018.

Carlo Stragiotto, general manager, Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre commented on the upcoming outlet: “Since opening the hotel just over a year ago, we have spent a lot of time getting to know our guests and we very much look forward to sharing our new concept. It is a pleasure to continue our partnership with Chef Michael Mina and his team, who share the same passion for good food and hospitality.”

A hotspot for Dubai’s glamorous elite, MINA Brasserie will offer nothing short of a wondrous and unforgettable dining experience. A collection of carefully sourced seafood and meat dishes, highlighting chef Mina’s San Francisco sensibilities, is sure to entice every guest, local and passerby, complemented by delectable and imaginative desserts.

An elegant and modern atmosphere fills the space, which will be available for private dinners and larger groups, while an outdoor terrace will be ideal for those yearning for an al fresco dining experience.

Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (MBDS), the venue emanates European sophistication and style, expertly combined with the contemporary personality of Michael Mina and the charm of Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. Brass tear-drop penchant lights, verdant planting and free-standing trees adorn the venue, making for a comfortably lavish space. Timber slatted table tops with rattan chairs and benches, upholstered in gorgeous blue fabric, are accompanied by brass and glass lanterns and wall lights – an inspiring setting to say the least.

Enthusing on the launch was chef Michael Mina: “We are pleased to be able to continue our partnership with the Four Seasons DIFC and to be working with the talented Martin Brudnizki to open MINA Brasserie. I’m excited for the beautiful new space and menu, and think we will be able to offer our guests an exciting new experience in DIFC.”
