Dubai’s Grosvenor House Hotel to embrace new Rüya outlet

A known player in Dubai’s luxury hospitality sector, Grosvenor House Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in the Dubai Marina area is upping its F&B game with Rüya, an Anatolian restaurant and bar.

Scheduled to open its doors on October 1, the new venue spans 800m2 and can accommodate up to 240 guests. Diners can opt to sit indoors or can make the most of outdoor dining on the stunning terrace which offers breath-taking views. 

Rüya is accessible from both inside the Grosvenor House Hotel and outside via the Marinas street level. It is open from 18:00-01:00 from Sunday to Wednesday and 18:00-02:00 on Thursdays and Fridays.

Those looking to tantalise their taste buds may do so with a selection of culinary experiences ranging from a formal affair with numerous mouth-watering dishes prepared in an open style kitchen amid Turkish murals, to a relaxing and intimate lounge experience with a resident DJ setting the tone.

With a flawless menu meticulously designed by executive chef, Colin Clague, guests can relish in a fabulous selection of Anatolian classics with a contemporary and fresh twist, such as: Midye Dolma (rice stuffed mussels), a variety of the classic Lahmacun and Pide, as well as signature dishes such as slow cooked Claypot Lamb Shank and Mint Manti.
