Bab Al Yam restaurant reopens at illustrious Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

Having just recently undergone a fabulous facelift, the popular Bab Al Yam restaurant at Dubai’s cherished Burj Al Arab Jumeirah hotel is again beckoning to the elite, inviting them to again relish in the delicious cuisine on offer.

Proudly sporting a new look, the restaurant comprises of a spacious terrace and shisha lounge ideal for relaxing in after a delicious meal.

Its brick kitchen oven stands in the centre, granting guests an unforgettable spectacle; Burj Al Arab’s award-winning culinary team working their magic. Meanwhile, Bab Al Yam’s floor-to-ceiling windows also grant spectacular views across the Arabian Gulf and downtown Dubai.

Complementing the new look is a brand new menu meticulously curated by Maxime Luvara, executive chef, Burj Al Arab and Mohit Bhragava, chef de cuisine, Bab Al Yam. 

Utilising delicious fresh, seasonal produce, the menu offers a wide selection of Mediterranean cuisine with an interesting Middle Eastern twist. Signature dishes include buttered tiger prawns with pickled lemon, Taggiasca olives and samphire, and Datterino tomato bruschetta with marinated anchovies.
