Conrad Concierge mobile app enhanced with Conrad Meetings function

Providing world-respected, unparalleled luxury, Conrad Hotels & Resorts’ Conrad Concierge mobile app recently adopted a new and intuitive Conrad Meetings function, enabling meeting and event planners to research hotel capabilities spanning the company’s 23 properties around the globe from their smartphone or tablet.

The Conrad Meetings function now offers a direct line to the in-house event manager from the initial inquiry through to the hotel’s delivery, such as room temperature adjustment, catering, or requesting meeting-room technology support. 

Meeting planners can now enjoy a seamless communication tool to liaise with event attendees, sharing everything from itinerary items to updates in real-time.

The Conrad Meetings functionality allows potential group guests to review hotel capacity charts for meeting room size, request proposals for group events and receive information on floor plans, special offers, weddings, social events and much more. 

Event planners can make meeting asks from within the Conrad Concierge mobile app which are immediately dispatched to the hotel staff for fulfilment.

Adding to this, the new functionality enables planners to load event agendas and instantaneously communicate scheduling changes to meeting attendees through the mobile app.
